What: I managed the hotel’s digital presence by building strategic website funnels and leveraging SEO-driven blogging to attract new guests. Beyond marketing, I handled the technical integration of our PMS and Channel Manager. This not only boosted our sales across various OTAs but also ensured a seamless booking process by preventing overbooking issues.

How: Use WordPress to create a website or landing page tailored to the marketing goals of a hotel business.

Video Production: Utilize CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and other creative suites to produce high-engagement event videos and dynamic social media content.

Visual Adaptation: Transform master key visuals from the Lead Designer into high-quality assets for bulk production across various platforms.

Multichannel Editing: Edit compelling product stories tailored for events, social media, and large-scale displays such as LED screens.

Social Media Styling: Curate and stylize imagery to maintain a consistent and premium brand aesthetic for all social posts.

Reservation Agent/Customer Service

I am involved in the customer journey from initial inquiry through the lodge owned channel  to converting potential clients into loyal advocates.

Process reservation: handle incoming reservation request via phone, email, social media, website & OTA. Acurately enter and updating reservation detail in the property management system (Vikbooking)

Guest Communication: Provide clear and concise information about room availability, rates, packages, and property amenities. Assist guests with special requests and resolve any booking-related issues.

Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries regarding reservations, property information, and local attractions.

Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints effectively and courteously, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
